What I do

I coach final expense and mortgage protection agents to become top producers in the life insurance industry. Before I got into insurance I thought I would never find a job that I enjoyed. I was right. I needed to be in business for myself! I believe in freedom and I am passionate about helping others experience the freedom that insurance sales can provide. This freedom comes when you increase your earning ability! How much value can we bring to the marketplace per unit of  energy? In America we get paid based on value we provide to the marketplace. TOP CARRIER CONTRACTS

New agents start at 100% and move up with experience. Experienced agents who join my agency can go significantly higher than 100%. Its case by case and dependent upon an agents amount of experience. Being an advocate for yourself and your contract level is the most common sense remedy to improve your EARNING ABILITY! This is something I value because I started with a large IMO and worked at low comp levels for the first 4.5 years of my life insurance career. Agents get all their renewals in my agency and are vested day one. If someone says renewals aren't a big deal, be wary, they are likely keeping all their agents renewals.

LEADS

I can recommend the best quality lead vendors ranging from multiple lead sources. Including sources like direct mail, facebook final expense and telemarketed leads. There are lead vendors where agents basically throw money away and it's important to avoid these pitfalls. Lean on my experience and work with the vendors who produce quality leads.

I help develop new and experienced agents. This starts by me understanding what you want and becoming fully invested in helping you achieve that. I know what habits need to be developed to ensure success in the life insurance business. It's my job to help you avoid mistakes and teach you the ropes one appointment at a time. The best feeling in this business for me is helping someone else make progress and reach their goals.

Creative control is likely most important to experienced agents. Agents who join my agency own their agency and can operate it any way they see fit. I am ALWAYS here to offer any insight or support to an agent who ask, otherwise I'm not going to tell you how to work your business. You pursue your own idea of success and I'll support you in the process. Its my job to help agents in all things insurance sales! No one knows all the answers. We are always growing in this business! Im here to provide answers when I can and find the answers for you if I don't know them myself!
